In the wake of the Great East Japan Earthquake, I learned Japanese cuisine in order to spread it as a part of Japanese culture, and later served at a traditional Japanese restaurant in an international hotel in Tokyo. Along the way, I experienced working in the United States at Florida Disney.
After I retired because of the Covid-19 disaster, I studied trade business to work as a full-fledged liaison between Japan and overseas. Japanese tea ceremony is one of my things.
As a former chef, I have a familiarity with things related to cooking such as kitchen tools, tableware, and things that can create a Japanese space, so I would like to make this my strength.
Also, I personally like music (musical instruments) and gadgets, so I would like to actively sell such products.
